INGREDIENTS
Cheesecake:

  • 1 (8 ounces) soft cream cheese package
  • ½ cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of white chocolate

Brownies:

  • ½ cup of butter
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate, roughly chopped
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • A little salt
  • Versatile flour up a cup


INSTRUCTIONS
To make brownies:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F, lubricate an 8x8 inch pan and line with baking paper
  2. Melt the butter and chopped chocolate in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly
  3. In a medium bowl, stir in the all-purpose flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, salt and set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar, then add the melted chocolate mixture and stir until evenly distributed, then gradually add the dry ingredients.

To make a layer of cheesecake:

  1. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl while increasing for 20 seconds, stirring respectively, in the microwave
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, granulated sugar, eggs and beat until smooth and stir the white chocolate chips until well blended
  3. Pour half the mixture into an 8x8 inch pan. A spoonful of a mixture of cheesecake on top, and spread it into a thin layer with a spatula. Add the remaining brownie mixture
  4. Take a knife and stir the top, passing through the dough in the opposite direction from the moat.
  5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is wrinkled and the center is cooked.
  6. Allow it to cool completely before cutting into a square
